Mark III Management is an Indianapolis, Indiana based company with more than 20 years’ experience in the apartment management industry. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of apartment living for our residents. Each Mark III property reflects this commitment by offering quality service along with the best possible community environment.

Charles D. Pechette, President

Over 25 years’ experience in the construction and land development industries and over 10 years’ experience in apartment management.  Mr. Pechette is a graduate of DePauw University and Indiana University where he received a Masters in Business Administration.  Mr. Pechette serves on the Legislative Committee for the Indiana Apartment Association and is a member of the Affordable Housing Association of Indiana. He is a certified Assisted Housing Manager and a Site Compliance Specialist.

Charles A. Pechette, Chairman of the Board

Over 55 years’ experience in apartment construction and management.  A graduate of Syracuse University, Mr. Pechette is a Past President of the Indiana Apartment Association, the Home Builders Association of Indiana, and the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis.  Mr. Pechette is a Life Director in the National Association of Home Builders.

John P. Jefferson, Controller

Over 30 years’ experience in management and finance in both the Private and Governmental sectors.  Mr. Jefferson is a graduate of Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, Indiana.

Mary Allen, Regional Property Manager, CAM,CAPS

Over 20 years experience in conventional and Section 42 Tax Credit apartment management. Ms. Allen is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor. She is a member of the local and National Apartment Association.

Rhonda Young, Regional Property Manager

Over 15 years’ experience in HUD subsidized and Section 42 Tax Credit apartment management.  Ms. Young is a Tax Credit Specialist, a certified Assisted Housing Manager and a Certified Occupancy Specialist.

John C. Pechette, Systems Administrator

Over 35 years’ experience in the construction and land development industries.  Mr. Pechette has a B.A. from DePauw University and a B.S. in computer science from Butler University.
