Franklin School Apartments is a repurposed school building with spacious efficiencies, one and two bedroom apartments. Built in 1890 and expanded in the 1950’s, the historical part of the building has special features such as stone walls and blackboards.
Franklin School Apartments is located on the near west side and only minutes from downtown and the bus line. The housing at Franklin School Apartments is for individuals 55 years or older, or disabled or mobility-impaired. There is an application fee of $25.00 payable in a money order.
