Over 45 years experience in apartment construction and management. A graduate of Syracuse University, Mr. Pechette is a Past President of the Indiana Apartment Association, the Home Builders Association of Indiana, and the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis. Mr. Pechette is a Life Director in the National Association of Home Builders.
